Wow its crazy to be writting this on another New Years eve!
2017 has been a year filled with fits of laughter, plenty of fun, a good few learning curves and also new discoveries! Another year to cement amazing friendships, the year my gang of 8 started to turn the BIG 3-0 and my little man turned 2!
We were lucky enough to attend 3 truly beautiful weddings, each different but each equally stunning! Welcomed new humans into the world, stepped foot onto my favourite cornish beaches and just generally had a blast!
I thought I would just post a handful of 2017 highlights……Happy new year,I wish you the best 2018, full of health and happiness

Ok, so I love an Easter cornflake chocolate nest (who doesn’t?) and I will 100% be baking some cream egg rocky road for the Easter celebrations (check out my insta over the bank hol weekend!) but I have also made these little mini-egg delights and I just HAD to share the recipe!
These little bites are so incredibly easy to make and taste so delish plus they look impressive.. You gotta bring these to the Easter table!
*400g White chocolate
*250g Mini eggs
*1 can of Condensed milk
*2 tsp of Vanilla essence/ extract
*1 tbs of butter
*Put the mini eggs in a bag and bash them into random size pieces
*Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water
*Once melted add the condensed milk and mix whilst on a low heat
*Take the bowl off the heat and mix in the vanilla and butter
*Add in 3/4 of the mini eggs and combine well
*Pour into a lined tin and add the remaining eggs to the top
*Leave on the side to cool for 30 minutes, then transfer to the fridge for 3.5 hours
*Cut up and try not to eat too many yourself!
Happy Easter, Love Harriet x
Spring is here and when spring is here it means fun things happen, one of them being my birthday early March! Cue Harriet diary planning mode AS IF I need a reason!!
My birthday week was so lovely with lunches out, coffee dates with all my favourite people (insert emoji with heart eyes!!) I also loved playing host for a girlie gathering, yep a bunch of beautiful ladies coming to eat our favourite food including lots of cake, celebrate and wellll just have some gorgeous girl time!
One of my favourite parts is displaying the treats in pretty little plates and bowls, for some reason this weirdly pleases me and I know the organiser freaks out there love this too. Selecting all the yummy party food, I mean come on party food is just the best isn’t it?! Most importantly just having all your ladies (or guys) together in a comfortable setting for unlimited chatting time is the BEST!
With summer round the corner, I can’t wait for BBQ and Pimms parties!
